FAQ
How do you know if your roller bearings are bad?
1. The bearing is damaged. Check whether the balls of the ball bearings or the bearing bushes of the ball bearings are damaged. If damaged, repair or replace.
2. The lubricating oil has impurities, is too dirty, the oil ring is stuck, or the grade is wrong. The oil should be changed, the cause of the jamming should be found out and repaired. If the oil viscosity is too high, the lubricating oil should be replaced.
3. There is a lack of oil in the bearing chamber. Grease should be added to fill 2/3 of the oil chamber or lubricating oil should be added to the standard oil level.
4. There is too much grease in the rolling bearing, and the temperature of the lubricating oil in the overall eccentric bearing is too low or too high. Excess grease in the rolling bearings should be removed, or the grease in the oil chamber should be filled to 2/3.
5. The fit between the bearing and the shaft, and the bearing and the end cover is too loose or too tight. Too tight will cause the overall eccentric bearing to deform, and too loose will easily cause "running". If the fit between the bearing and the shaft is too loose, the journal can be painted with metallic paint, and if it is too tight, reprocess it; if the fit between the bearing and the end cover is too loose, tighten the end cover, and if it is too tight, reprocess it.
