1. Specification:
SBR/TBR Cylindrical linear guide rail is composed of a rail support, a shaft (rail), and number of blocks. They are provided as a unit or as respective components as well. All components are standardized to be fully interchangeable.
Support Rail (SBS/TBS)
Support Rail provides maximum rigidity and stiffness to the shaft throughout the whole stroke, and ensure the performance of the unit.
Case (SBR/TBR )
Effective for high load or long stroke application with maximum rigidity and excelent motion in combination with Open type Linear Bushing. Moreover , preload can be applied on SBR/TBR/SMD series for high precision performance.
Support Rail Unit (SBR-S/TBR-S)
SBR-S and TBR-S type are optimum guide units for high precision and deflection free sliding system with smooth motion and maximum rigidity, and less cost and time.
